The drawings depict the concepts and designs of how the feed mounting/servicing system will work.
The actual feed center support is shown after fabrication. It is built from 3/16" steel and arc welded. The center pipe and braces are brazed.
A temporary tower had to be erected in order to reach the pivot points for the lower struts, and was later used to support a ladder for access to the upper strut.
